The 64th annual Cannes Film Festival in France has arrived and is underway until May 22nd. If you've never heard of Cannes, it's the most famous, prestigious and occasionally controversial international film festival in existence. If your familiar with the work of American writer/directors Jim Jarmusch, Steven Soderberg, Joel and Ethan Coen or Terrence Malick, to name a few, you know they made a splash early on in their careers at Cannes and continue to make magic today.
