I've been trying to catch up on some of the press for Cannes and new films by directors, I like, such as Terrence Malick, Woody Allen and Lars Von Trier. Then I came across this story about French director Michel Hazanavicius' Black & White and SILENT film called THE ARTIST, which just premiered on the French Riveria.
I am very interested to see this film because I love films by Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton, but I'm even more interested to know if you can stand the silence?
