Design: Portuguese Architect wins Pritzker


Portuguese architect, Eduardo Souto de Moura, wins this year’s Pritzker prize. Having worked mostly in Portugal, Mr. Souto de Moura is known for his Minimalist approach combined with the use of local materials and building techniques.
